Our story

One film. Two channels.

How our first documentary got us pulled from YouTube's Partner Program, and why we kept going.

It started with one film.

In January 2025 we released Anthony Kiedis: The Cycle of Abuse, and it found its audience faster than YouTube believed it could. The original upload has more than 1.6 million views, and the channel grew to more than 9,000 subscribers.

YouTube said the views were not organic and pulled us from its Partner Program, the program that lets a channel earn from its videos. We appealed. We lost.

So we started over on a new channel. The original film is still up where it started, and everything we make now lives on the new one. The counter adds up both.

Who we are

Documentary filmmakers and independent journalists.

Delinquent Films is dedicated to telling authentic stories. In an era where agenda-driven content and viral grifting dominate, we set out to flip that on its head.

We are filmmakers who do our own digging, cut our own films, and answer to our audience.

One crew. Equal partners. Every one of us directs, produces, writes, and edits, and every film belongs to all of us.
